How fast can Speedy actually arrive?
Average arrival is about 1 hour from your call across our service area. We block our calendar to leave room for same-day emergencies. If we can't make it the same day, we'll tell you on the call — never the day of.
How much does sliding door repair usually cost?
It depends on what's worn, so we look first and the estimate is free. Glide Restore, new rollers plus a full panel tune-up, starts from $199. Glide + Track, with the track repaired too, is from $229. Track capping or replacement, heavy or impact glass and special-order parts cost more. You approve the price before any work starts, and you pay only when it glides. 1-year warranty on parts.
Should I just buy a new door instead?

What's the 1-year warranty cover?
Every part we install (rollers, tracks, locks, hardware) is covered by our 1-year warranty on parts. If a part we installed fails within that year, we replace it at no charge.
Do you handle pocket doors and screen doors?
Yes — sliding glass, pocket sliders, screen doors, and patio sliding doors. Anything that slides on a track. We don't do garage doors, shower doors or French doors.
Do I need to be home for the repair?
Yes, we need an adult homeowner present at the start (vacation rentals: lockbox or property-manager access is fine) to confirm the issue and approve the work, but you don't need to hover — most jobs run 45-60 minutes and you're free to do your thing.
