Is same-day service more expensive?
No — same prices as scheduled. We don’t charge a same-day premium during business hours.
What if I call at 6 PM?
We answer phones until 8 PM. Calls after 4 PM usually get next-morning. Truly urgent (broken-into door, off-track, security failure): we discuss after-hours rates by phone.
Saturday / Sunday same-day?
Saturday: yes for most calls before 1 PM. Sunday: limited; we triage and prioritize true emergencies.
Holiday same-day?
Major holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving): emergency only at premium rate. Other holidays: usually yes.
What if you can’t make it same-day?
We tell you on the phone, before we leave. We never promise same-day and then call to reschedule.
