How fast can you respond to an emergency?
Same-day most days. Average arrival is about an hour. We confirm exact arrival when we take the call.
What are your phone hours?
Sun–Thu 6:45 AM–7 PM and Fri 6:45 AM–5 PM. Closed Saturday. Urgent calls (won’t lock, off track, storm or break-in damage) get priority same-day during those hours. If you reach voicemail, leave your name and number and we call you back first.
Will my insurance cover emergency repair?
Often, depending on your policy. We photo-document everything for your claim. Either way the estimate is free and you approve the price before any work starts.
Can you make my door safe if you can’t fix it the same day?
Yes — we come out to make the door safe and lockable where possible, then schedule the full repair when parts arrive.
What if my door is locked but it’s an emergency?
We do not break in. If you’re locked OUT of your house, that’s a locksmith. If you can’t lock the door, call us — we'll get it locking again as fast as we can.
